SHIPMENT LIABILITY
Box It customer shall not hold Box It liable for failure to make timely delivery on delivery date specified. Any statement by Box It as to probable date of delivery by carrier is a statement of opinion only and shall not be warranted in any manner. The word “carrier” is referred to UPS, FedEx, DHL and United States Postal Service (USPS). Box It shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or deliveries by Box It and or carriers. Box It shall act as an agent only for the above receipt and forwarding of parcels by the customers whose name and address appears on shipping form. Box It not liable for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or any loss or damage resulting from delays in shipping or delivery. Box It assumes no liability of the successful completion of delivery of the parcel(s) accepted for shipment nor for the loss of damages by any cause in the parcels or the contents thereof. In the event of loss or damage to said parcel(s). Box It will act as an agent on behalf of the customer for the filing and processing of claims. It is hereby expressly agreed that Box It shall have no liability if any claim is denied or paid only in part by the carrier. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THE CARRIERS PACKAGING STANDARDS FOR SHOCK, VIBRATION & COMPRESSION. BOX IT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO A PARCEL PACKAGED BY THE CUSTOMER OR BOX IT. Item packed by customer covered for loss but may not be covered for damage. Unless a greater value is declared in writing on shipping form, the shipper hereby declares and agrees that the released value of each package is a reasonable value under the circumstances surrounding the transportation. The rules relating to the liability established by the Warsaw Convention shall apply to the international carriage of any shipment hereunder insofar as the same is governed thereby. Customer has 5 business days to notify Box It of damage to parcel(s) after the arrival date. Customer certifies that they will retain all packaging materials for an inspection by carrier to determine if parcel(s) we’re packaged according to carrier guidelines.

UPS TRACKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE: The UPS package tracking systems accessed via this service (the “Tracking Systems”) and tracking information obtained through this service (the “Information”) are the private property of UPS. UPS authorizes you to use the Tracking Systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Without limitation, you are not authorized to make the Information available on any web site or otherwise reproduce, distribute, copy, store, use or sell the Information for commercial gain without the express written consent of UPS. This is a personal service, thus your right to use the Tracking Systems or Information is non-assignable. Any access or use that is inconsistent with these terms is unauthorized and strictly prohibited.
FEDEX TRACKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE: FedEx authorizes you to use FedEx tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to FedEx for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of FedEx tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
DHL TRACKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE: You are authorized to use DHL tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to DHL. Any other use of DHL tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
U.S.P.S. TRACKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
